# Guardrail Policy

Atur batasan dan aturan perlindungan data yang wajib dipatuhi AI Agent saat menjawab.

### Daftar Policy

1. Akses menu **Policy**.
2. Klik **+ Add Policy** untuk membuat Guardrail Policy baru.
3. Policy yang sudah dibuat tampil pada tabel **List Policy**. Anda dapat melakukan **Edit**, **Activate / Non Active**, dan **Duplicate** policy.

### Membuat Policy Baru

4. Klik tombol **+ Add Policy**.
5. Pada bagian **PII Protection**, tentukan perlakuan untuk setiap jenis data pribadi sesuai kebijakan perusahaan Anda.
6. Isi **Closing Blocked Message**, yaitu pesan default yang dikirim ketika user mencoba mengakses data yang di-block.
7. Klik **Save**.
