Manage Template Message

Untuk membuat Tamplate Massage Supervisor dapat mengklik "Add Template Massage" yang berada di pojok kanan atas.

Kemudian, isiikan form tamplate massage sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Ada dua tipe tamplate massage yaitu untuk email dan non email. Untuk yang email nantinya konten dari template akan disimpan dalam bentuk tag HTML, sehingga template yang dibuat bisa lebih interaktif. Klik "Submit" untuk menyimpan template yang telah dibuat.

Pilih Show in Interaction jika template dibuat untuk bisa digunakan juga oleh Agent sebagai quick reply.
