Manage Ticket Status

Untuk membuat status tiket, user dapat klik "Add Ticket Status" dan isikan form yang ditampilkan.

Type :

  1. General, untuk tipe status yang akan dihitung durasi SLA nya, dan dapat dilanjutkan alur prosesnya.

  2. Pending, untuk tipe status yang kondisinya menunda pengerjaan tiket, sehingga perhitungan durasi SLA akan berhenti

  3. Close, untuk tipe status berakhirnya dari alur proses pengerjaan tiket.
